At Brandon Riem Design, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at info@briemdesign.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will review your request and process the refund if it meets our policy.

Returns:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement or refund. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@briemdesign.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. Once we receive your request, we will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized or personalized items unless there is a defect or damage to the product. We also do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products, such as design templates or digital downloads.
